1099 · Weekly pay · Not CPM

Get paid for the week.
Not for the miles.

Each road week, the same number lands in your account. Slow week, fast week, weather week — it doesn't matter. You get paid like a professional, because you are one.

Drive less, rest more

Salary means you're not racing for miles to make rent. Sleep happens.

Built for the road

Late-model Kenworth & Peterbilt. Pet-friendly. Team-friendly. Veteran-welcoming.

Premium freight comes with downtime. We pay for it.

Our trucks pull dedicated trailers running pharma and other high-value FXCC freight. That means live load, live unload, and weekend layovers when shippers are closed. On CPM that's lost income. On M2GT salary, it's just part of the job — already paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does 1099 pay work — and why is it an advantage?
We pay 1099, and it works in your favor. Per diem, mileage, and the rest of the deductions add up fast for anyone who knows what they're doing on the road — write-offs a W-2 driver simply can't take. We've laid out the honest math in our 1099 vs W-2 breakdown → so you can see exactly how it shakes out.
Why do M2GT teams run fewer miles than other carriers?
Our trucks pull dedicated trailers. That means live load and live unload — time you're sitting at the dock, not running miles. We also run premium loads like pharmaceuticals where customers are closed on weekends. On CPM that downtime hurts. We pay salary so it doesn't — it's part of the job, not a punishment.
What if I'm a top-tier mileage driver — won't I make more on CPM?
On a few big weeks, maybe. Across a typical month — once you factor slow weeks, weather etc... — almost no one does. We pay best in class up front so you don't chase it.
Is home time paid?
No. Pay is for time on the road. Home time is unpaid — same as CPM. We're upfront about it so you can plan accordingly.
Is there a productivity minimum?
We don't track miles. We track service — on-time pickup, on-time delivery, communication. Meet those and the paycheck handles itself.
Can my dog ride? My partner?
Yes and yes. Pet-friendly is baked in — Thumper and Rocky write half our policies. Spouse or partner riders welcome with paperwork and a rider insurance policy.
